Stunning location for a peaceful break, with lovely walks and a great pub nearby. Janet, the owner, was friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Well-equipped property, especially for families with small children. No WiFi or phone signal, which some may find inconvenient. Recommend bringing a fan for hotter days.

We had a wonderful stay at Barrington Barn. It was a much-needed break from the busy city life for us. The village was peaceful with beautiful walks, and the Barn itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a kitchen that had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the provision of child safety gates was a great bonus for our little one. The host, Janet, was friendly and checked in on us regularly. The value for money was exceptional, and we loved the lack of WiFi and poor phone signal. a perfect getaway!
We do recommend this hotel.

The barn itself was beautifully appointed with an African feel, and the furnishings were great. The view from the mezzanine bedroom was fine, and I loved waking up to it. The barn was very spacious, with plenty of seating and extra amenities for those traveling with little ones. The location was peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The wifi was also excellent, important for me as I needed to attend a Zoom class. the village of Barrington was picturesque and charming. I had a nice meal at the local pub, which served very nice food with a fantastic wine selection. I would highly recommend Barrington Barn for anyone looking for a beautiful and peaceful retreat.
One thing worth mentioning is that the curtain on the large triangle window in the barn didn't fully cover the window, so it did get quite bright in the morning. it wasn't a major issue for me as I'm an early riser anyway.
